By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Client Relationship:
Boutique Lessons values its client relationships and commits to providing high-quality instruction and service.
2. Referrals:
All referrals must be directed through the Company. The Client and Instructor agrees not to accept or solicit direct referrals outside of the Company’s knowledge. Our client relationships are a core part of our business, and we take them seriously.
3. Payment Terms:
You agree that under no circumstances will you make direct payments to your instructor. All payments must be processed through the designated payment channels provided by Boutique Lessons.
4. Cancellation Policy:
You agree to the following cancellation policy: Any lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you understand and agree that you will be billed for the scheduled lesson.
